The idea is not to follow a schedule.
We have some activities planned, but everything flows naturally according to how we feel!

Yoga Nidra sessions – everyday a session on a specific intention. The intentions that made you take some days off for you.

Satsang – conscious group gatherings, held whenever we feel called by the heart to come together. A sacred space to share thoughts, exchange experiences, and explore a variety of themes that inspire and awaken us.
